We collect the following information when you use the app:
- Account information: Your email address when you sign in with Google or email/password.
- Audio recordings: Audio files you record or upload for transcription. These are sent to our servers for processing and are not stored after transcription is complete.
- Usage data: Transcription minutes used and transcription count, to manage your subscription limits.
- Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe may collect payment information in accordance with their own privacy policy.

- Audio files are transmitted securely (HTTPS) and processed in real time. They are not stored on our servers after processing.
- Transcripts and summaries are stored locally on your device and in your Firebase account.
- All data is encrypted in transit.

You have the right to:
- Access your data: View your transcripts and account information in the app.
- Delete your data: Use the "Clear All Meetings" option to delete local data, or "Delete Account" to permanently remove your account and all associated data from our servers.
- Cancel your subscription: Manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the app settings.

This app is not intended for use by children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
